We take great pride in verifying our tenants, proof of income to make sure you have a great experience. You can also chooose and meet the tenants yourself.

A simple pricing structure - based on results.

You give us the exclusivity to rent your accommodation

We will charge 4.5% of the booking period - which means that if the total booking amount is €5000,- we will charge €225,- excl. VAT (for studios and apartments). For single rooms we charge a fixed amount of €125,- excl. VAT.

You do not give us the exclusivity

We will charge 7.5% of the booking period. For single rooms we charge €175,- excl. VAT per booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you arrange viewings?

No, we do not arrange viewings. It enables us to keep the costs low. You can decide to arrange viewings yourself or if you want, you can let the tenants book your home directly online.

Do you make the contract?

Yes, we can make a contract in Dutch and English for you, free of charge.

My tenant has left the property earlier than expected, can I get my booking fees back?

Unfortunately, we do not reimburse the booking fee amount.

My tenant has extended his contract. Do I have to pay again a booking fee?

No, you do not have to pay again since we will not have done more work.

Can I choose the tenants?

Yes we will always ask you if you are okay to rent the acccommodation to that person.

What information do you check from tenants?

If it is a student, we ask for a proof of enrollment. If it is a worker, we ask for the most recent payslip and work contract. We can ask more information on request.
